This neat, little antique Georgian desk table-top cabinet for letter writing features the simplest of detail; hand fashioned in box form, with a drop front that opens to reveal a fitted interior with open compartments and small drawers for letter writing. It displays brass straps and keyhole escutcheon and sits atop very cunning, little bun feet. It was made for the British market in India during the colonial period.
